Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) invites proposals to provide the consulting services on Monitoring and Evaluation of the Rural Telecommunications Service (RTS) in the unserved VDCs of Far-Western, Mid-Western, Western and Central developments Regions of Nepal with the objective to supervise the implementation of the Roll out Obligation of the M/S Smart Telecom Pvt. Ltd.(Licensee)
NTA invites sealed Applications from the interested consulting firms/organizations indicating their experiences in similar type of work, their qualification with references. Complete information on the application procedure, eligibility criteria and award procedure is available in the RFP document. Any party interested in submitting the Application has to purchase the RFP Document as mentioned below. For reference purposes, the RFP Document will also be made available on the web (http://www.nta.gov.np) from 30th January 2010 The RFP document may be purchased by any interested party from 30th January 2010on the submission of a written request to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs.2,500.00 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Nepalese Rupees) or US$ 35.00 (Thirty five United States Dollars) for each RFP Document. All payments shall be made in favor of Nepal Telecommunications Authority in its Account No. A/C 0106011664201 in the Nabil Bank Ltd. Kantipath, Kathmandu, Nepal.
The sealed Application shall be delivered to the NTA at the address below no later than 1500 hours on 3rd March 2010. If the closing date happens to be a holiday the next working day will become the closing date. Late applications will not be considered. Application duly received will be opened at 1500 hours on the closing date in presence of the applicants' representatives who choose to attend at the address mentioned below.
NTA reserves all rights to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason whatsoever
