Guidelines
A person who is not satisfied with the order issued
by the Authority pursuant to Section 47 of the Telecommunication Act
2053 may appeal within 35 days to the prescribed committee in
accordance with the section 48 of the Act. For the purpose of making
appeal pursuant to Section 48 of the Act, below mentioned appellate
committee has been formed by the decision of Government of Nepal on
2063/4/8 (B.S.) in accordance with the Rule 27 of the
Telecommunication Regulation 2054 (B.S.)
